Full in-house machining capability supports our component supply business — allowing us to produce custom parts, repair worn components, and manufacture to drawing.

Service 01

CNC Machining

High-precision CNC milling, turning and drilling to tight tolerances. We work from customer drawings or samples for prototype and production volumes. Materials include mild steel, stainless, aluminium, brass and engineering plastics.

General Machining

Conventional lathe work, milling, boring and surface grinding for repair and replacement component manufacture. Ideal for one-off and small-batch jobs that don't justify CNC setup costs.

Gear cutting
Service 03

Gear Cutting

Gear hobbing, shaping and profile grinding for spur, helical and rack gears to DIN and AGMA standards. We cut custom gear profiles and can reverse-engineer worn or broken gears from a sample.
